Accessibility Needs
The Elms Medical Practice understands that all our patients needs can differ and we do our best to ensure that our surgeries are accessible to all.
Please complete the Online Form to let us know about your accessibility requirements.
All our surgeries are on one level and we have automatic opening doors at Hoo and Grain. We have accessible parking leading to the main entrances that have sloped access where required. All the branches have a wide main waiting and reception area, and there are portable hearing loops for those who may need it.
There are disabled toilets throughout the buildings.
If you feel there is anything we can be doing better to support all abilities in accessing the surgery then please feel free to comment either at reception or through the suggestion box in the surgery at Hoo.
Assisted Guide Dogs
We’re committed to making our services accessible to everyone. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the practice, except for any high-risk areas.
