How to book an appointment

Our reception staff will ask you a few questions before arranging an appointment for you.  This will enable us to make sure you see or speak to the right person.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by coming in to the surgery or by telephoning 01634 250142.  Unfortunately, we do not have appointments available for booking online. This is to avoid patients being booked in with the wrong clinician.  We do however have the option for you to use eConsult online.

Consultations

You may consult any of the clinicians who will see you in surgery by appointment. Please refer to our surgery times.

Telephone Advice

Please advise the receptionist if you would like a telephone consultation with a clinician.

Urgent Illness

If you think you need to be seen urgently please contact the surgery at 8am. If a face to face appointment is not available, you will be offered a triage call to ensure appropriate clinical prioritisation.

Primary Care Hubs

The reception staff at the surgery may be able to book an appointment through this service, subject to availability. There is further information on the website of Medway Practices Alliance.

New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)

Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.

If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
