The nearest train station is Strood Station. It's about 7 miles away from The Elms Medical Practice. From Strood Station, you can take a bus or taxi to reach the practice.
There is free car parking at the surgery.

The surgery is all on one level. There are facilities for the disabled, including easy access for wheelchairs and prams.
