GP appointment - Don't need it? Cancel it!

We know people sometimes forget things, like canceling GP appointments. Please remember to cancel your appointment if you don't need it.

How to Cancel an Appointment

If you are not able to keep your appointment please call us and select Option 6 to cancel as soon as possible. 

Alternatively you can cancel your appointment online by using the Contact Us form.

Please remember that there might be a shortage of appointments and when you don't attend, you have stopped someone else from being seen.

Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before your appointment will be marked as a “Did Not Attend” (DNA).
