Phones are open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday
Doors are open from 08:20 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
Extended hours surgeries are provided on alternate Saturday mornings 09:00 to 12:00, and some evenings in the week
DISPENSARY AT HOO IS OPEN AS FOLLOWS:-
Please note that Reception Staff are NOT PERMITTED to discuss medication/prescription queries.
When the Dispensary is closed, you can still contact the Dispensing Team if you have a query regarding your medication by leaving a message on the Dispensary phone line. Please telephone the Surgery and select Option 4.

Primary Care Hubs
There are evening and weekend appointments available to patients registered with the Elms, at four Primary Care Hubs across Medway. This is part of the Improving Access to General Practice initiative, and is funded through Medway Integrated Care Board.
The reception staff at the surgery may be able to book an appointment through this service, subject to availability. There is further information on the website about Medway Practices Alliance.
