Phones are open from 08:00 until 18:30 Monday to Friday. 

Hoo Surgery

Doors are open from 08:20 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. 

Extended hours surgeries are provided on alternate Saturday mornings 09:00 – 12:00 and some evenings in the week.

IMPORTANT RECEPTION NOTICE: Please note that from Wednesday 24th April, the Reception Deks at Hoo will be temporarily closed between the hours of 12:30pm and 2pm.  THE PHONE LINES WILL REMAIN OPEN AS USUAL FROM 8am to 6:30pm.

Please use the self check-in system if you have an appointment booked with a clinician during these times.  WE ARE NOT REDUCING ANY CLINICAL HOURS.

DISPENSARY AT HOO IS OPEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9am - 12pm, and 2pm to 6pm.  PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM 2 APRIL TO 30 APRIL, THE DISPENSARY WILL NOT BE OPEN ON FRIDAY AFTERNOONS FROM 2pm to 6pm.

Primary Care Hubs

There are evening and weekend appointments available to patients registered with the Elms, at four Primary Care Hubs across Medway. This is part of the Improving Access to General Practice initiative, and is funded through Medway Integrated Care Board.

The reception staff at the surgery may be able to book an appointment through this service, subject to availability. There is further information on the website of Medway Practices Alliance.
