How to Request a Home Visit
We always try to have our patients come to the surgery because we have all the right tools and equipment there, but we know that sometimes it's not possible. If you need a visit at home, please call the reception before 10:30am to let us know.
Home visits are only for people who can't leave their house or are too sick to come to the surgery. The doctors will decide if a home visit is needed based on how serious your condition is. Please give us all the details we need so the doctor can arrange the visit properly.
If your GP thinks it’s needed, you might also get a home visit from a community nurse.
